Our Story
Like-Kind Exchange is an entity dedicated solely to streamlining 1031 transactions. Like-Kind Exchange was created by the owner of Elite Title Company as the need became apparent. The team has extensive experience of over three decades in facilitating real estate closings and over two decades in facilitating1031 exchanges
Carla Burg has been recognized by Arkansas Business Journal as One of the Top Ten Business Women in Northwest Arkansas. She founded and owns both Elite Title Company and Like-Kind Exchange. Carla along with her team are driven by being proactive and aggressively involved in transactions for their clients. Carla cultivates environments of diverse experience and backgrounds to promote rational and creative solutions in even the highest-profile and most complex transactions. Her connections throughout the local community are vast, and her employees are well respected by others in the field.

Elite Title Company was established in 1994 under the direction of Abstract/Title professional, Carla Burg. Locally owned and operated, Elite Title carries out a proud tradition of quality service provided by a professional, caring staff. Many of us have lived in our local community for generations, and our network of relationships is an invaluable part of our ability to take care of our customers. We take pride in standing apart from our competitors by keeping jobs local, believing that the best way to provide our customers with comprehensive property information is by standing side by side with them locally. Revenue generated by Elite Title is placed directly back into our local economy for the betterment of our community.
